We at First Baptist Smyrna are excited and grateful for your interest in our College/Young Professional Ministry. Our group is composed of young men and women who have left high school and are continuing their education in college, in the military or made entry in the workplace as young professionals. It is designed for anyone 18 - married. We are a group of individuals growing in our understanding and faith. No one has all the answers, but we are learning together. Our facility is called Brook Besor, a place of rest without condemnation. We enjoy events and are currently planning activities for the Fall 2010. This summer lunches at John Boys were awesome, but the white water rafting and Braves Game had to be the most fun. Breakfast is served each week, so no need to take that extra time in the mornings, food, coffee/hot tea, and great fellowship await you. Our church has adopted a vision for this college / young professionals class that includes growth in areas of worship, grow, serve and go - in service, commitment to community, our facilities and our class mates. If being part of a metamorphosis excites you, then we need you and you need us! |
